Who is SiteWolf for?
SiteWolf is being built for all tradespeople, from sole traders to companies with multiple employees, who want to spend less time on admin. Our starting focus is plumbing and heating, with plans to support electricians, HVAC specialists, carpenters and other trades as development continues.
What will SiteWolf help me manage?
SiteWolf brings customers, job details, quotes, scheduling and invoices together in one place. It’s designed to help you keep track of the work, stay organised and find the information you need, whether you’re on site or in the office.
SiteWolf will also include practical site survey tools to help you capture job requirements and carry those details through to jobs, quotes and invoices, supporting the process from the first visit to getting paid.
The app is still in development, and we’ll confirm the features included when early access opens.
When can I start using SiteWolf?
We’re developing and testing SiteWolf before opening it to early users. We haven’t announced a launch date yet. Join the waitlist to hear when early access becomes available.
What happens when I join the waitlist?
You’ll receive updates about SiteWolf’s progress, launch news and opportunities to take part in early access. Joining registers your interest; it doesn’t create an app account or guarantee an immediate testing place. You can unsubscribe from the emails at any time.
Does joining cost anything?
Joining the waitlist is free, and there’s no commitment to subscribe. We’ll share product pricing before asking anyone to sign up for a paid plan.
Can I help shape SiteWolf?
Absolutely. We want feedback from people doing the work every day. Early users will have opportunities to tell us what’s useful, what needs improving and what would make their working day easier. Your feedback will help guide development.
Will SiteWolf work on my phone and computer?
We’re developing SiteWolf for Android phones and web browsers, so you can manage work on site and at your desk. An iPhone app is also planned, and we’ll share updates on its progress and availability as development continues.
Can my team use SiteWolf?
Team access is part of our plans, with different roles for business owners, office staff and engineers. Permissions will control who can view or change information, including quotes and invoices, while giving engineers access to the job details they need. We’ll confirm the available team features and pricing before launch.
